We do collect location if the user wishes to submit any complaints.

 

Usage Information:

E-Catalyst app does not gather information about how you use the app, such as the features you use, the content you access, or your interactions within the application.

E-Catalyst does not integrate with or use any third-party services that may collect data from users. We do not have control over the privacy practices of third-party services, as we do not utilize them.

 

Children's Privacy:

E-Catalyst is not designed for or directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the information.

 

Payment Gateway Service:

E-Catalyst app does not have any integrated payment gateway. It does not process any payments directly or indirectly within the application. We do not collect or store any payment information, including credit card details, bank account information, or any other financial data.
