Online Tracking of Hazardous Waste and Common Bio Medical Waste Transport Vehicles:

Maharashtra Pollution Control Board has installed GPS"Global Positioning System", for real time monitoring and online tracking of Hazardous Waste and Common Bio Medical Waste Transport Vehicles in the state of Maharashtra. By using this type of technology MPCB can trace movement of any of the Hazardous Waste and Bio Medical Waste transporting vehicles online and identify the exact location of the particular vehicle at any given particular time any where in the State of Maharashtra. The system helps in better compliance of the Rules.
