Air blowing each with capacity of 850M3 clari flocculator and
SDB (6) the launder overflow meets common basin with on line
pH. correction facility, than disposed off from the premises
through a closed pipe line of 2 1/2 feet dia finding its way
to Kalu esturian waters after the distance of 100 mtrs (Approx)
II) The remaining factory Effluent of Rayon plant also meets
the common basin with on line pH correction. III) The industrial
effluent from chemical complex i.e. from CS2, H2 SO4, and HCL
Plant is also received in common basin with the facility of
on line pH correction by lime solution. IV) The domestic effluent
of factory and colony is connected to Septic tank, and the over
flow is pumped to a Collection tank followed by lagoon(Aerated)
with 6 No's of surface Aerators. Thus treated Domestic waste
is reused for gardening & Plantation to the extent of 50% &
remaining is meets to common basin followed by common disposal
pipe of factory, towards esturian waters of Kalu. |
